Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

At the moment, we do not accept returns or refunds for products once they have been delivered.

If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please share:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or missing item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.

Once your request is verified:

  • We will arrange a replacement or

  • Provide an appropriate resolution, depending on the situation

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

As we do not accept returns, sale or discounted products are also non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incomplete delivery reported within 48 hours.
